All our pizzas are 12", satisfy 1-2 people. Napoletana style, thin & perfectly crisp crust made from a homemade dough recipe prepared daily. We use imported flour from Napoli prepared especially for our wood fired brick oven. All of our red sauce pizzas are made with fresh mozzarella & imported San Marzano tomatoes which are crushed & used in all our red pizza sauces. We use an open-hearth, wood-fired, brick oven designed after the ovens in Naples, Italy. Our pizza bakes at the very high temperature needed to perfect the look, taste & aroma of a true Pizza Napoletana.
